The subscriber is required to pay a monthly fee. The fee is approximately 80% of the rental amount. However, the amount remains the same forever. It will never increase - ever.
A different lens for a better outcome
The subscriber is required to take on maintenance and act as a homeowner, keeping the property at an acceptable standard - but with some freedom to make it their own.
The subscriber is required to commit to an initial five-term and to find a replacement subscriber when they want to move on.
On vacating the home, we will return all the subscription fees paid during their stay over five equal annual instalments.
The subscriber, whilst paying the subscription and not doing anything unlawful, cannot be asked to leave or have their subscription terminated - it is a forever home.
HaaS lowers the cost to the subscriber of having a home forever AND provides a saving pool on departure (their returned subscriptions), in return for maintaining a home to a standard where the subscriber lives.
