We have been designing and building out a platform that will automatically onboard properties at scale from builders, right the way through to managing individual subscribers' payments, and property maintenance.  It is designed from the ground up for security, with sophisticated AI built-in to detect problems in the home and avert emergencies.  Think of it as a fairy godmother and not big brother.  All home data is anonymised, and each subscriber has access to all their data via a real-time dashboard, which will show them their current savings pool and future maintenance plan.  We will never sell subscribers' data; we enable our subscribers to use their data to improve their own lives.
